Teresa Estrada

Sexy Dance and Pole Instructor

Teresa Estrada began taking classes with Dance Eroteknique and Heather Downe over 10 years ago. From the beginning, Teresa was invited to be part of the Troupe class, performing in many shows and events in Montreal. During this time she began her training with Heather to become an Erotic dance instructor, and shortly after, she received her certification to teach Erotic dance. Not only is she blessed with a dancers body and long legs, she has trained in all forms of dance including years of classical ballet. Others include Arabic, Indian, Step dancing, Tap, and of course Erotic dance and Pole. She has performed in all Dance Eroteknique shows and DVDs plus has an impressive list of acting experience with many shows in the Montreal area to her credit.

In 2009, she was asked to be one of the pole students on the popular TV show, "Les Hauts et les Bas de Sophie Paquin"! No words can explain the gratitude she has given Heather throughout the years, and is pleased and honored that Heather has given her the opportunity to continue offering Erotic dance in Montreal.

Teresa does some modeling, has won several singing awards since she was a child, and is presently a lead vocalist in The Becket Players Troupe.

As her dance client base continued to grow, she acquired a desire to offer more to her participants in group fitness, so in October 2012 she became certified to teach Zumba fitness classes. She recently took a trip to New York to obtain a second Zumba certification; the specialty, Zumba Sentao! This explosive new program combines the use of a chair to strengthen your core, torch calories and sculpt your muscles with targeted resistance training!

Teresa takes pride in her work and provides genuine care towards all her participants, always offering a hand and a friendly smile.
