POLE
Curious about our Pole
Dancing Classes?
This class is an
introduction to Pole Dancing
offering weekly
progression. We will show
you the pole basics, and
incorporate sexy moves and
spins within a short
choreography. We make the
class fun and enjoyable for
all fitness levels, whether
you are just starting out,
or already have some dancing
experience. Most students
start as beginners, but some
are repeat students. We do
not want you to compare
yourself with other girls in
the class, as each person is
unique and will learn at her own level. There is no
pressure in our Pole or
Erotic Dance classes. We
want you to feel as
comfortable as possible, and
come out of the class
feeling confident and sexy!
We are always there to help
you!
Our classes are designed to
help you make progress based
on your individual level. At
Dansensuelle, we strive to
help you achieve your goals
and move forward through our
sessions.
Come in and get a
great workout and have
fun at the same time!

Important:
|
1. |
There is a
limited amount
of poles! Girls
may have to
double up on a
pole when the
class is full. |
|
2. |
Please avoid
using cream on
your hands prior
and during the
class. This is
to avoid
slipping or
sliding on the
pole. |
|
3. |
Please avoid
wearing any
rings, or heavy,
dangly
jewellery. |
What to wear/Bring to a
class?
Heels are not always
recommended for learning
pole dancing. We recommend
bare feet, especially to
help you
grip on the pole. If you
like, you are welcome to
bring heels to the class.
Your clothes should be
comfortable enough to move,
bend and sit in. Shorts are
recommended, as most moves
use your legs to grip the pole.
A towel and a water bottle
might be necessary. |

EROTIC
Curious about our Erotic
Dancing Classes?
All classes consist of a
great stretch warm-up, dance
moves, and a fun
choreography. Each class
will promote flexibility and
body awareness providing a
solid overall workout.
Routines may involve a
chair, get you on the floor,
or swinging a boa around,
burlesque-style!
Dansensuelle will definitely
change how you feel, inside
and out, regardless of your
current dance ability. These
classes will leave you with strong sense of
self respect and self
acceptance in a
non-judgmental, safe & fun
environment.
What to wear/Bring to a
class?
You definitely want to bring
high heels, preferably ones with
an ankle strap to keep the
heel in place. They not only
make your legs look hot but
some of the dance moves are
easier with a heel.
An extra layer of clothing
might sometimes be
necessary! Some suggestions:
A men's button down shirt, a
cardigan with buttons or
zipper, a scarf, or any
article of clothing you wish
to learn how to remove.
Your clothes should be
comfortable enough to move,
bend and sit in. Skirts can
be a hassle. Close fitting
clothing or tights on the
legs is recommended by the
teachers. Legwarmers may
help protect the knees and
feet during floor work.
Never be afraid to wear
accessories or dress the
part. This is your class,
enjoy it!
A towel and water bottle
might be necessary.
